We launched pay-as-you-go, so any team in CRE can sign up and run a real workflow today. We took App Studio to general availability, turning your data and workflows into applications that help you get work done. And behind both, we rebuilt the billing, credits, and navigation that hold the platform together at scale. Here’s what shipped and what it means for you.

Introducing Outcome Pro

We rebuilt our free trial offering and launched a new, pay-as-you-go tier:  Outcome Pro. Outcome Pro is ideal for small teams that want to go beyond the free trial and start doing more. With Pro, you can access pre-built workflow automations from our template library, including Lease Abstracts for Office.

Lease Abstracts for Office 

It only takes three clicks to get started: sign up, upload a lease, and then access your abstracted data in a summary email, Excel output, and a lease tracking app built from your abstracted data.

We made significant enhancements to the abstract as well, including:

• New validation logic for lease amendments. The system keeps the original lease as historical context but prioritizes the most recent amendment terms for anything driving an active workflow.
• Adding a ‘Tenant Industry Lookup.’ A web search agent identifies the tenant’s industry directly from the tenant name, so you’re not looking it up yourself.
• 2D and 3D stacking plans with per-property drill-down. This is mapped straight from lease clauses or suite numbers.

Outcome Pro provides you with a fast and efficient way to abstract your leases. Once your lease is abstracted, you can ask questions about your own data directly in the app using Octo.

What This Means for You: Outcome Pro now enables you to go beyond the free trial without the full enterprise deployment. Sign up, run real workflows, ask questions of your data, and get to your outcomes faster.

App Studio is Live

App Studio is now generally available. This feature takes workflow automation and turns it into something your team can work within: an interactive application that queries your data, answers questions, and acts on outputs directly in Outcome.

Every Outcome Template ships with an app already built in, with no pre-implementation work or data cleanup required. If your firm needs something more specific, Outcome can deploy built-to-suit applications based on your data, your workflows, and your specific business logic.

Sid Jain, our CTO and co-founder, put it this way: “For most real estate teams, AI has meant a faster version of one task inside a ten-step process. That’s not where the value is. App Studio closes the loop between an AI output and the work that has to happen next.”

Finding and Starting Work, Faster

We redesigned the Template Library cards to provide a cleaner experience, better preview states, and less time spent figuring out what a template does before you click it.

We also added existing-outcome detection. If you click a template and an active Outcome using it already exists, you’ll see a prompt linking you straight there, instead of quietly spinning up a duplicate.

What This Means for You: Less time hunting for the right starting point. Fewer duplicate projects for someone to notice and clean up later.
